Very often I look through various articles about an alcoholism, drunkenness, ways of treatment, symptoms, histories of alcoholics, various methods of treatment of an alcoholism and many other things (practically everything, that it is possible to find, necessarily read). Much has found itself, much to me have sent on email.

Very much Feodor Grigorevicha Uglova's Lecture (academician АМН the USSR, the winner of the Lenin award, the professor) under the name «Alcohol and a brain» was pleasant. This material (and not only this) Sergey Konovalov, the head of clubs of sobriety of has sent me Nizhnekamsk «Nizhnekamsk Оптималист» and "Amethyst", for what to it many thanks.

Birthday in a sober way - 3

It is written to working hours. I sit on work, calls are not present, all displays in the evening. Good possibility to address to a favourite blog and to write one more sober post about the already quite long (more than month, anybody and did not expect) to a sober life. For someone from my friends it is simply surprising, and I already really begin балдеть from the Sober life!

Yesterday again there was a holiday! The next Birthday: anniversary of one employee of our cheerful agency. Anniversary of 30 years! Such date simply should celebrate. As they say: «Birthday – a childhood holiday, and anywhere from it not to get to!» And I though also Sober, but holidays like and to refuse them I do not gather (so much friends and acquaintances, that practically on the next celebration) every week turns out. Celebrations in a sober way – my guerrilla war with drunkenness, where a good example – my main weapon.

8 points for the sake of which it is necessary to live

Here also the first good bright example for new section is found. It though and not so full and not so in details painted, but as presentation approaches ideally. The post in the original is called «That has changed with sobriety?». Only 8 points, but how many global changes they bear in themselves, how many all was rediscovered by the author of these words in the life. Each point, each word – a celebration of pleasure of a new life without a drop of alcohol, a life with weight of prospects. Necessarily read:

Evident way of struggle against drunkenness

About one year back I have at all thrown to watch TV. News which each time all became worse and more terrible (what for a superfluous negative, it and in a life in bulk) and senseless realities of show on type «Дом-2» or "Windows" (popularity of such programs, in my opinion, first sign of weak-mindedness of the majority). An exception - KVN, the unique program which I looked, I look and I will look (well and certainly others a post KVNOVSKY projects with participation were КВНщиков).

Why so? Yes because has bothered to receive an absolute negative from the screen and to observe of people with underdeveloped mental development (we recollect heroes various реалити projects). Absolutely any I pound also a constant negative.

The alcoholic and its environment

For all alcoholics typical distinctive line is limitation of interests. At the alcoholic in any case the circle of interests varies, and in the centre of this circle of interests always there is a bottle. And therefore, what theme would not mention, business all the same will end with binge. Alcohol becomes the most important thing in a life of each alcoholic, and no other values any more play a role.

For the alcoholic many defects in general are characteristic: falsity, falling of authority on a family and working collective, often roughness. The alcoholic ceases to speak to the wife tender words, starts to give to children, the family has less than attention, forgets to please with a gift or joint walk.

Not in all cases in news it is possible to see only bad news, during the rare moments it is possible to read good news to many people. Let it and a drop in the sea against the general disorder and indifference of many to a serious problem of an alcoholism and mass poisonings with a substitute. Such quantity of a substitute, certainly, the sad statistics, but that news from a number of those news which should occur more often:

Teenage club "Amethyst"

Throughout a series of reviews of the organisations which defend the Healthy way of life, and continuation of development of section «Sober friends», I suggest all to familiarise with one organisation of of Nizhnekamsk - Teenage club of antinarcotic education the "Amethyst" which heads Sergey Konovalov also is, see «Nizhnekamsk Оптималист»).

Such organisations are necessary presently as never. If to consider, how many teenage clubs, sports sections were earlier and how many they remain now (every year ever less), it becomes clear, that such organisations vital for maintenance and improvement of health of the nation.

After a post Birthday in a sober way I have got acquainted with Sergey Konovalovym, the head of clubs of sobriety of Nizhnekamsk «Nizhnekamsk Оптималист» and "Amethyst" (it has left the comment with the contact data). I am always glad to new contacts and acquaintances, information interchange and is simple to dialogue with people interesting to me.

Sergey has sent many materials and articles (once again thanks), I yet have seen all completely, but thanks to some materials (descriptions of work of the organisation) there was an idea to start to do reviews and descriptions various the organisations and movements, people and groups … the Small review «Nizhnekamsk Оптималиста» will open a series of posts of new section «Sober friends». High technologies even more often become the tool of struggle against human defects. The alcoholism on work, drunkenness at the wheel – shortly will be a way to solve these problems cardinally and to avoid possible consequences. That similar cases more never repeated.

The Japanese manufacturer of cars Nissan develops the new device which will define degree of alcoholic intoxication of the driver. The device includes the gauge of a smell which supervises breath of the driver, the indicator defining degree потливости of hands, and the chamber which by means of eye scanning defines concentration of the person.

Kind night all! Has just arrived from the next Birthday. The second under the account, but not last as I already spoke in the previous post:

«… 2nd birthday (Saturday) - with friends and girlfriends on a summer residence with шашлычком and different вкуснятиной (has very much carried, that дружище – the chief the cook, талантище). Friends already seriously concern my intention not to drink, and some do not doubt any more that I can not drink still very much and very long (in an ideal – always)...»
