Уф, for a long time did not write. All is normal, simple a lot of work and much than it would be desirable to be engaged, time began not to suffice terribly because much than has decided to be engaged. When wish to waste time, I advise to spend it is as much as possible useful and it is interesting, differently what for in general to spend this time, better simply to lay on a bed and to save it till the old age …

Affairs, business, … Therefore record in a blog will be more rare than business, but will be still very long. Therefore I am glad, that have created Sober Library, itself every day I re-read – good stimulus.

The sober Uncle

Yesterday I became the uncle. Time has approached, term has come, all has passed remarkably, my elder sister has given birth to the favourite husband of the son – now the small muzhik is powerful 4100 my favourite nephew. One more small person has begun the way, and the sober uncle will be one of many who will surround with its heat and kindness, to raise and bring up. Parents are happy as children, the father and mother at last became the favourite both loving grandmother and the grandfather, and I the uncle.

Such moments in a life disperse any clouds and deposits, both any problems and vital trifles become absolutely imperceptible and not important. The essence consists that the new life has begun, and every day in the country and the world the new life begins, and it is not necessary to sadden such moments complaints to destiny, the country, the government, neighbours, chiefs … and alcohol.

The alcoholic with the seven-year experience of sobriety

Sobriety, Sobriety, Sobriety … a correct choice for all and everyone. I fortunately have realised it in July of this year (I do not celebrate every day sobriety on a calendar, but the blog archive never will allow to me to forget date of start of full refusal of alcohol). It is very joyful to know, that it is a lot of people too go on a way of sobriety and have for ever refused alcohol, having realised its uselessness and ущербность lives in alcoholic charcoal fumes.

Thanks to that I have left on the right contacts for communication and sober dialogue, I have got acquainted, and every day I communicate with people interesting to me who are excited too with an alcoholism problem in our country and all over the world. Sometimes I communicate hours on exciting themes, I discuss questions, I vary news, I learn a lot of new about an alcoholism, always I listen to the people suffering from relatives - alcoholics, together we think, that it is possible to make and how to arrive, together we try to find the decision.

He lived earlier incorrectly, to alcohol worshipped, since morning on a bottle rushed, never got enough sleep, (sighs) so had silly a good time, brains to think did not try! In my life the meeting with Jury Vladimirovichem Morozovym was a turning-point. We have got acquainted with It first time when it has brought a material in the newspaper "Nizhnekamsk". To me as to the press photographer, it wanted to make a photo of the author. It took in hands very interesting pendant where large letters had been wrote a word "vodka", and further more low: a cirrhosis of 100 %, a stomach ulcer of 100 %, an impotence of 100 %, the Price the Life! And also there was much, it is a lot of badges - all was so неординарно and it is interesting.

Hello! I wish to tell the history of the beginning of a sober life. Probably, to whom нибудь it will help to follow a correct way, to reflect on herself and to make firm decision to begin a new life.

Why I have ceased to be the nondrinker

I am very glad, that have got acquainted with Samarin Oleg, which on October, 7th (very soon, we prepare gifts!) will celebrate year of absolutely sober life and with which it is always interesting to me to communicate (it is assured, sometime will meet personally, will communicate and will have a rest in a sober way). Oleg has agreed to write the story about itself - «Why I have ceased to be the nondrinker».

Was the absolute nondrinker of the whole 15 years, it is more 2-4 gramme of alcohol in my organism for time did not get. Alcohol for the first time in 15 years has tried. Yes, I am a shame to me … Now I understand, that in it is not guilty, at me the choice was not. No, do not think, to me did not pour in violently this alcohol, and did not speak supposedly if the muzhik drink … I has decided to drink the vodka first glass. One year ago about it did not regret, and now very much I regret, that was such silly! On a question: who has forced?, I will answer later. From the first dose of alcohol naturally me has pulled out, it appears is a normal reaction of an organism to narcotic poison, and about it I have known a sex of only year back!

The day before yesterday I have very strongly sworn with the girl (a pancake, women a floor like weak but as strongly are able мадамы to unscrew to the young men of a head to force nervous cages and to think out refined tortures to our brain crinkles). All the day did not call, did not talk, such moronic mood was not for a long time (has not gone even with friends to billiards to take for a drive spheres!). Next day all the same (not so it is simple if to consider common language that both with arrogance and very foul sometimes character), through pair hours was already unreal to tear off from each other, love-carrots and trali-bring down, friends and acquaintances not нарадуются.

What to tell, in a life often such happens (every dog has his day!) and for many this picture not such new, but for me it was first time when after a beating of ware and rupture of nervous cages I have not gone to a bar and has not got drunk as last свинота.
