In 2008 in Lithuania there comes «year of sobriety».
The parliament of Lithuania declared 2008 “year of sobriety”, informs "Interfax". Deputies have obliged the republic government to develop the corresponding program of actions and to finance it from the budget, informs news agency REGNUM.
