Has read one of these days news how Deputies of the Sverdlovsk regional thought have not supported colleague Andrey Rozhkova who has suggested to direct to the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin the reference with the request to establish a nation-wide holiday – Day of sobriety.

In Imperial Russia such day was in Столыпина and prior to the beginning of the First World War. For this time in the country there was a growth of tax gathering, and death rate was considerably reduced. Now the statistics speaks about the return, and results all are more pitiable every year. In this case it is logical to assume, that Day of Sobriety will recover idea of a healthy way of life. However Andrey Rozhkova's initiative has come across misunderstanding of colleagues on shop.

I here have noticed one thing - girls the sobriety already as intrigues something unusual, something rare and exotic. It to become in own way interestingly, and how it, why and in general what for? Are surprised, smile, ask, wink … and not against closer acquaintance.

At me never was problems with pleasant acquaintances. As of me have made once definition: «always soul of the company though also the drunkard» (the last can be deleted now safely, the rest anywhere like has not got to), and familiar girls always called my green eyes.

I very much respect the program "Small town" though many my acquaintances and friends not especially like Jury Stoyanov's this program (constant female roles, brilliant execution of my favourite character – Модеста) and Ильи Оленникова (is excellent plays even moustached women). I did not pass any release earlier, and we together with the father looked each release of "Small town", KVN and Michael Zadornov.

I quite often noticed, that some jokes in "Small town" force not to laugh any more, and to reflect on the life and correctness of the acts. I always liked programs which set thinking (now such a little – more and more senseless "House" and other reality shows, which our fellow citizens eat with the big appetite, unfortunately).

Never our country can win drunkenness and an alcoholism while the overwhelming majority of people will concern this problem it is indifferent. But it can be changed, and it not so over difficult (simply problem decisions need to achieve gradually and purposefully). And the principle of effective struggle against drunkenness and an alcoholism as well as all ingenious is simple – it is necessary to unite! Proletarians of all countries united, and the communism still wanders by some parts of a planet, paternal sobriety not to begin a crusade against an alcoholism? I dare to please all who did not know, but nevertheless hoped: since August, 2006 the system of an information exchange between sober people, between movements and the organisations supporting education of our people in the field of a sober, healthy way of life is actively formed. One-two time a month the Bulletin «Sober Russia» is issued, together with it other materials – articles, posters are dispatched.

Our "favourite" government not especially worries about the fellow citizens abroad and does not try to improve and simplify as much as possible in any way stay of fellow countrymen in territory of the countries of their stay. That already to speak about public health services about what in general to struggle against a substitute and other mucks there can be a speech? Correctly, drunk people and to operate much easier (that's where the trouble lies)!

Has read during a week article very interesting, in my opinion, how it is possible to train own will. Article is called «Gymnastics for will». I advise to all to esteem, very much article was pleasant, thoughts absolutely correct, I will try and apply on itself (has appeared the new section on a blog for similar materials which necessarily it is necessary to read). Superfluous words I will not add, simply slowly read also necessarily will understand, that words correct. Somebody so brings up the will?

Gymnastics for will - a question uneasy. Probably, there is no simple and unequivocal answer which equally would approach for all people. However I think, there are general and rather effective methods.

Yesterday I had a next cheerful evening («anybody and did not expect» © the Prima donna). The world Day of the Lefthander, and I just from this category - write from the first class the left hand (many tried отучивать to write from left to right, and me it was not necessary – I have simply turned a writing-book head over heels and began to write the left hand headfirst). As in a joke: «Here such amusing I a small animal».

And so yesterday there was a next cheerful working day, then cheerful evening which I at last have decided to end a campaign in one of night clubs of my city (more month did not risk and tried not to provoke itself). As it has appeared, knowingly. What was such good, useful and remarkable? Here to you the small list of pluses of sober rest obvious to me in club:
